Weinviertel White — for the white wine drinker. Two excellent Austrian whites: a Grüner Veltliner from Loess soils by Zuschmann-Schöfmann, and a Riesling Grimmling from the Biegler family in the Thermenregion. Crisp, mineral and unmistakably Austrian.

Burgenland Red — for the red wine drinker. A Blaufränkisch 7301 from Kirnbauer and a St. Laurent Tradition from Markus Iro. Two serious Austrian reds from the country's most respected red-wine region.

Sparkling — for the celebrator. A Grüner Veltliner Sekt Grosse Reserve from Zuschmann-Schöfmann and a Sekt Weissburgunder Extrabrut from Weixelbaum. Two Austrian Sekts that drink seriously — not just festive, but properly good wine.

Taste of Austria — for everyone else. The Grüner Veltliner DAC from Zuschmann-Schöfmann paired with the Zweigelt Neusiedlersee DAC from Markus Iro. The story behind the producers

Zuschmann-Schöfmann (Weinviertel) — a family-run estate in Martinsdorf. Specialists in classical Grüner Veltliner from Loess soils, with the crisp, peppery character that has defined Austrian whites for generations. Featured in the Weinviertel White, Sparkling and Taste of Austria hampers.

Kirnbauer (Mittelburgenland) — one of Austria's most respected red-wine houses. The family behind the iconic Phantom, Austria's first premium red blend, written into wine history in 1987. Featured in the Burgenland Red hamper.

Markus Iro (Gols, Burgenland) — a younger generation Burgenland producer, making elegant, terroir-led reds in Gols on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl. Featured in the Burgenland Red and Taste of Austria hampers.

Biegler (Thermenregion) — the Othmar Biegler family estate in Gumpoldskirchen, makers of classical Thermenregion whites including the much-loved Riesling Grimmling. Featured in the Weinviertel White hamper.

Weixelbaum (Kamptal) — a small family operation in the Kamptal region, making elegant Sekts from Weissburgunder and other Austrian grapes. Properly made sparkling wine that drinks beyond its occasion. Featured in the Sparkling hamper.

Manner — Vienna's pink-wrapped wafer icon since 1898, still produced just behind St Stephen's Cathedral.

Almdudler — Austria's beloved herbal lemonade, first mixed in 1957. Loved by skiers, cinema-goers and grandmothers alike.

Staud's — Vienna's traditional jam-maker since 1883. Fruit picked at peak ripeness, gently set without thickeners.

Helmut Sacher's Kaffee — Viennese-style highland Arabica, small-batch roasted near Vienna for the proper Wiener Melange at home.

Steirisches Kürbiskernöl PGI — dark green Styrian pumpkin seed oil with protected origin status. Drizzle over salad, vanilla ice cream, or a winter pumpkin soup.

Linzer Torte — first documented in 1653, the world's oldest cake recipe with a written origin. Almond shortcrust, red currant jam, cinnamon. Handmade in our London bakery.

Vanillekipferl — handmade by us in our London bakery, the buttery almond crescent biscuits that gave Kipferl its name.
